We provide morning snack and a midday lunch for all participants from Monday through Thursday, including parents and siblings who join us for Thursday Field Trips. Snack is always fresh fruit, which, not only healthy, invites participants to sample fruits like guava, lychee, passionfruit, custard apple, and more. Well-liked fruit like apples and bananas may also be available. Lunch is always 100% vegetarian with at least one element being vegan. While we cannot make gluten or dairy-free meals specifically, there will always be options for children on those diets.

As often as possible, we introduce children to local culture through food, choosing items traditionally cooked in that region. Family Handbooks provided to enrolled families offer sample menus. We ask that families with children without allergies or restrictions do not send outside food to the hub. For participants with multiple or serious allergies, parents are welcome to pack food and should notify staff with this intention.
