What are the enrollment deadlines?

For Signature and Family Immersions, each hub closes 3.5 weeks prior to the start date. Three weeks prior to the start date, we hold a Meet-and-Greet Zoom call, during which all families meet and introduce themselves. (We find this helps children feel more comfortable on the first day.) At this call, we request finalization of all add-on selections: Family Field Trips, Parent-Only Activites, Weekend Excursions, and Language Tutoring. After this call, families may not add on these additional activities.
