We prefer that children do not bring electronics regardless of their age. Those that do bring phones may be permitted to take photos, but if children are disengaging from activities while on their screens, the Manager will ask parents to keep the device at home.
Parents will receive at least one WhatsApp update per day during the day and can reach their children through staff at any time in case of emergency. Enrolled families will receive more detailed expectations about communication and emergency preparedness before their program begins.
